I'm a performing arts major with a concentration in acting, but I also do makeup, costumes, and lighting. Theatre takes up the majority of my life, and I've been participating in it since high school. I've been a part of 11 productions and have performed in 5. I am an all around artsy person, I love to draw, read, write, perform, dance, sing, paint and virtually anything with my hands.
I'm a big fan of alternative, punk rock, and techno but I'm not really confined to a specific genre of music. The only type of music I don't really like is rap or the new type of country. I like some Johnny Cash, but I'm not a Toby Keith fan or anything. My favorite bands include Blue October, My Chemical Romance, Motion City Soundtrack, Maximum the Hormone, Versailles, Bayside, Da Vinci's Notebook, The Beatles. I do have some secret pleasures I'm reluctant to admit that I like just like everyone else like Selena Gomez, Beyonce, Weird Al, Kesha. And due to my love for theatre I also love broadway music. Some of my favorites are Oklahoma, Chicago, Rent, Wicked, Camelot, and Avenue Q.
Harry Potter, anything by Anne Rice (Mayfair Chronicles, Vampire Chronicles, Out of Egypt), Shannara series, Lord of the Rings, Hamlet, Julius Caesar, Enigma Variations, Baby with the Bathwater, Death of Trotsky, Game of Thrones, Wheel of Time series, Artemis Fowl series, anything by Stephen King, etc. If you know of any good books let me know! That's my number one hobby.
Lord of the Rings, The Breakfast Club, Harry Potter, Ferngully, Edward Scissorhands, Donnie Darko, the Nightmare Before Christmas, Alice in Wonderland (all versions), Sweeney Todd, Sixteen Candles, any classic Disney movie: Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, the Lion King, Deathnote, Ponyo, Bridesmaids, etc.
Black Butler, Baccano, Deathnote, Angel Beats, That 70s Show, Darker Than Black, My Name is Earl, Hetalia Axis Powers, Invader Zim, Friends, Adventure Time, Family Guy, American Dad, Inuyasha, YuYu Hakusho, Ruroni Kenshin, Lie to Me, Eden of the East, Gantz, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, XXX Holic, 30 Rock, Ugly Betty, South Park, Scrubs, Pranked, Paranoia Agent, etc. I also take anime recommendations! I'm always looking for new anime!
Likes: -coffee -tea -art supplies -craft paper -deco tape -stickers -pagan related items/info -drawings/doodles/cartoons -recommendations of music, books, movies, anime, etc. -candy -anything theatre related! I love learning about theatre in other countries, so playbills, even articles, or information. -makeup (especially creme base for stage use, but any kind really) -toe socks -any knit item:scarves, socks, pattern squares, etc -calligraphy nibs, ink, parchment, etc. -cheap costume wigs (it's a weird hobby of mine) -things that smell nice: candles, incense, burning oil, infusers, air fresheners, etc.
Dislikes: -Christianity based religion items (but if it's information regarding other religions I find it fascinating, especially past religions). -Justin Beiber -Hannah Montana -Leonardo Di Caprio (not that anyone could send me any of the last three, I just had to get that out XD)
