TULIP SYMBOL OF HOPE FOR PARKINSON'S DISEASE

Hi my name is Joanne

I am 58 years old and have two children.I was born and raised in NYC, moved to Massachusetts where I lived for many years. Presently I live in Connecticut I was diagnosed in 2001 with early onset Parkinson's Disease. It has slowed me down but I refuse to let it stop me from the things I love doing. I survived a divorce after a 35yr marriage. I have a very special person in my life who also has Parkinsons. We met in a support group. He has three adorable grandchildren we love to spoil.

So many of my swap partners have read my profile and sent me atc cards with tulips. My icon photo is an ATC that was sent to me for one of my first swaps. I have also received countless numbers of sticker,papers and other goodies with beautiful tulips. It means so much to me and I am going to post the tulip cards you send to me. I am scanning and will post them. Thank you all.

My favorite tv shows are American Idol, 2 and a half men, Everyone Loves Raymond, anything on the discovery channel.

ATC I AM ADDICTED. I knit and crochet and I love to watercolor. I think I have tried just about every craft I could.I crochet and knit and started quilting last year.

Finding swapbot has opened my eyes to the talent of so many people I am often speechless. Each and everyone of you * you know who you are, has made my days so much brighter than I could have ever imagined. You are all angels and I appreciate each and every one of you. All the little extra's tucked in with the swaps are greatly appreciated. I use them all on my ATC's. I especially love vintage photo's and tend to make most of my ATC's vintage style.
