My name is Jess and I live in Australia with my husband and our two fur-children (cats).

I was born in the '80s and work in admin at a university.

Things I like:

Cool colours like blue and green, also love pink and purple

I love flowers, cats and kittens, birds and botanical illustrations.

I also like anything clean and simple (minimalist). See my papercrafts blog for the kind of designs I make and like :)

I am not religious and I do not like anything pertaining to religion.

I prefer hand drawn or rubber stamped ATCs - the collaged ones don't appeal to me as much.

My first love will always be The Beatles, but I also have a soft spot for '60s and '70s music such as Simon and Garfunkel, The Beach Boys, Electric Light Orchestra and Queen.

I also listen to Bon Jovi, Green Day, Crowded House and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I love so many movies I have to sort them into genres:

Kids: All Disney and Pixar movies (Beauty and the Beast is my all-time favourite though), Shrek and Shrek 2, Meet the Robinsons.

Action/Adventure: Alien quadrilogy, Back to the Future trilogy, Indiana Jones trilogy, the Terminator trilogy, Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Chick Flicks: Beaches, Where the Heart Is, He's Just Not That Into You, Reality Bites.

Comedy: Look Who's Talking, Liar Liar, Three Men and a Baby, The Wedding Singer, Zoolander, Meet the Parents, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, Monty Python's Life of Brian, Monty Python's The Meaning of Life.

ER, Big Bang Theory, Bargain Hunt, Horrible Histories, Walking Dead, Frasier, The Young Ones, Bottom, Little Britain, Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Card and tag making (stamps and ink as well as digital), drawing with coloured pencils, cross-stitch, ATCs.

Gardening - I collect and grow succulents - they are taking over the garden! I also grow herbs for my husband to cook with and flowering annuals for the perfume and the beneficial bugs they attract.

Photography - When I'm not taking photos of my cats I'm usually using the macro setting on my succulents or flowers in the garden.

Animals - I love animals and birds, and have become involved with events for and donate to the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).

Thimbles - I collect vintage cloisonne thimbles shaped like birds.
