I run, write, make cards, shop, LOVE makeup, play piano, read, drink coffee and explore. I love to find a new place that no one knows about. I volunteer at the National Archives in Washington D.C. on Saturdays. I love the metro system because it can take you so many places. I've traveled around the world multiple times, lived in Mexico for four years and can count my good friends on two hands and a foot. I drive a Jeep and will only ever drive a Jeep although you might convince me to get a Dodge Charger, black, automatic. Used books and flowers are some of my biggest splurges although the people at Michael's do know me pretty well. I know all the workers at my local Dunkin' Donuts by name. Etsy is my favorite place for craft supplies but I hate waiting for them to ship. I keep a machete in my closet and enjoy shooting pistols. I don't like those robot vacuuming machines and have four tree frogs.
I am very much a Christian so please keep it clean! No swearing or sex! Thanks! ^^
I'm a High School teacher and teach Spanish 1 and 2, 7th and 8th grade Science, 1st - 8th Music and 7th - 10th P.E. My schedule is EXTREMELY busy but I do my best to get all of my swaps out ASAP. If you don't get something, PLEASE let me know so that I can try to correct the problem. My goal is to keep a 5.0 average. ^^
If you want to REALLY know more about me visit my website. It's been up for about three years now and contains more personal information than an autobiography. lol

I'm not really artsy although I've always wanted to be. When I discovered papercraft I absolutely fell in love. My favorite thing to do is kill three or four hours just creating things with textures and colors. I like my cards to be able to be touched, not just seen and I always (well, most of the time) leave them blank when sending them to people so that they can be reused.
I started making cards to give to my boyfriend but we have since broken up and I now send them to my brother who is in the Navy and various other friends/acquaintances. But I've worked up quite the collection and need someone new to send them to.
I don't really like sentimental stuff. I'm not heartless but I hate forced emotions. lol. I teach high-schoolers so I already have way too many emotions to deal with in one day anyways.
I love paper more than most things. Single sheets of paper, books of paper, plain paper, paper with designs. If it is made out of paper I'll probably love it. I might not use it, but I'll like looking at it. I have a whole box at home for my cards that I mostly just sort through every now and then.
My favorite flower is definitely the Peony. But I really don't like flower pictures or stamps or scents. If the flower isn't real I don't want anything to do with it.
Other than that I'm probably the least picky person in the world. If I get it in the mail I'll probably love it. Just having mail is awesome.
