Comment: Charlene, thank you for the beautiful note cards and the extra mini note card. Unfortunately, I have to rate you a "3" as defined by swap-bit as "I got my stuff, but it didn't meet the posted swap requirements" because the swap due date was 10/5 and it was mailed 10/13 (received 10/18) without any communication that it would be late.
