Mixed media collage artist working with vintage paper, ink, watercolor, oil pastel, acrylics, found objects, recycled materials. passionate about Victorian & Edwardian graphics/lithos/images featuring portraits, fashion and advertising. Any vintage ephemera lovers out there willing to trade one on one or whatever please contact me- Newbie since March 2010 on swap-bot but have met some members thru flickr.com. luv old skool cut & paste but also do digital artwork. some background in sewing/quilting/knitting/jewelry. looking forward to sharing my overstock in exchange for new fun stuff! ATC & ACEO preferred but open to all swaps with a 'vintage' theme. I am a creative, outgoing, funny, LEO (fire monkey) that has an uncanny ability to analyze the situation quickly and give a rant or rave using the correct grammar or interpretation. Not a wallflower but have slowed down a bit after surviving the 70s and 80's! born and bred in Brooklyn NewYork but have made the westward immigration in the 70's to the west coast and currently call Portland Oregon home. Summers here are terrific but the rain during the winter sucks-hence using art as therapy to fend off SAD...

mixed media & altered art collage, handmade cards, ATCs, ACEO, altered assemblage, altered books, 3D paper crafts, fabric crafts, rubberstamps, pen & ink...have worked in many mediums over the years currently using colored pencil, watercolor pencil and oil pastels. Oil painting is too expensive right now for me so I have switched to acrylics. Also enjoy doing digital artwork on the computer-when the mood strikes. However i would much rather get my hands dirty with paint, glue, and glitter!!
