Hello I'm Ariel! I'm an art student in Montreal Canada working on becoming a teacher in the future. I'm mainly an abstract painter for my own practice, but I will do lots of things when I get the chance to try them. since I teach art I try to learn how to do lots of kinds of art, and be a little good at a lot of things. that way if I want to teach about a certain artist that works with something other than paint, I can know a little about the too. My favourite Colour is Green. The kind of green you see when you look out at a forest in the summer and let your eyes unfocused just a little bit. what else can I think of? I like black tea better than green tea. I have a pet hedgehog my favourite food is thin crust cheese pizza I love making postcards to send, or fancy letters that are all decorated. I'm always looking for pen pals!

I love listening to all kinds of music! from country gals singing about ex lovers to Mongolian death metal, my spotify wrapped deserves a diversity award. my current obsession is the band Go_A - they were the representative from Ukraine in eurovision 2020 and I've been going through their discography.

I'm currently making a bunch of artists books! The idea is to create a book that in and of itself a piece of art. I make the by stitching together paper and other bits and pieces. I'll sometimes draw in them or add poems, or even collage on top of them.
