I am a vegetarian, Christian, massage therapist, mother, aromatherapist, wife, gardener, chef and baking fanatic. I am allergic to white cane sugar, but have a terrible sweet tooth, and thus have learned to bake using honey and maple syrup.

Welcome to the group...it's lovely to meet you. I too love Chopin and Mozart, so I thought I'd point you in the direction of my favourite Chopin piece, which seems a little appropriate, given the day. I love the intensity with which the pianist handles the crescendos and decrescendos.
