I'm never sure what to write on profiles as I don't want to bore everyone!!

I love knitting and crochet and find both very relaxing. I've been working hard lately making Christmas pressies for loved ones.

I am also into photography. I like to take pictures of plants and flowers in macro. I use my photographs as inspiration for my knitted and crocheted pieces.

I like to listen to rock music but also enjoy jazz and classical. I read a lot - anything from historical fiction to modern warfare.

I live in a semi-rural village in southern England. It is really beautiful at the moment with the leaves turning golden and red on the trees. My husband, daughter and me love to take our dog, Waffles, walking in the woods and beside the lake near our home.

I am vegan and care deeply about the way animals are treated to produce food, clothing and other materials. I am also concerned about our environment and try to reuse and recycle wherever possible.

I am geeky in the extreme - I love cars, computer programming, gadgets. I love apocalyptic fashion, films and TV, like Revolution.
