Hi there! I'm Tori. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have recently gotten into pen-palling. I live with my partner and our cat and dog. I am a busy legal aid attorney, so I like to send mail as a way to relax, as well as swim, bake, and read. I tend to read mostly nonfiction, as I love to learn about politics and international relations (mostly from a Leftist perspective). Maybe you can recommend some fiction that I would like!

I love comedies like The Office, Parks & Recreation, 30 Rock, & Schitt's Creek. The Great British Bake-Off is also so soothing after a hard day at work. I just finished Bridgerton too and loved it!

My music taste is pretty eclectic. A couple of my favorite genres though are hip-hop and lo-fi/indie rock. Basically, anything that I can either sing along to, or is a good soundtrack for a long drive by the ocean.

I love Wes Anderson movies. And I watch a lot of documentaries. Also, I re-watch the Harry Potter movies for pretty much any holiday vacation haha

I am not very picky when it comes to stationary, and like lots of different styles/aesthetics! I love: - Bright/neon colors - Geometric patters - Anything 80's/90's inspired - Cute/kawaii things (I'm particularly obsessed with jinbesan) - vintage/cottagecore, especially the blue & red "air mail" aesthetic. - Animals, especially dogs, cats, hippos, and whales. - The Ocean/beach/sea, and any creatures that live there I am not a big tea drinker, but I love coffee. I am a vegan, so please don't send any hot chocolate or candies with milk.
