Hi everyone...I'm a 63 year old single.. (young) lady. I'm semi retired so now I've lots of extra time for my passions. I live in Ottawa, Canada. I've two lovely daughters and 4 beautiful granddaughter's. My favourite passtime in the summer is to bike. I also love to travel to different parts of the world.

Favorite Music

I love the oldies and especially the old band music. Jazz is wonderful as well.

Favorite Books

I'm into spiritual reading. Anything that can better me as a person. I love Gary Zukav, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Toole, Byron Katie.

Favorite Movies

My favourite movie is Eat, Pray, Love. Others are Gone with the Wind, Scent of a Woman, Aviator. Favourite actors..Jack Nicolson, LeoDecapria, Robin Williams, Meryl Streep, Julie Roberts.

Favorite Television

I really enjoy anything to do with Travel and Animals, History and Documentaries.

Favorite Crafts

I love making handmade cards and really enjoy doing atc's Skinny's.

Likes...

I enjoy any craft and appreciate the work and effort put into it by the maker .
Things I like: color green, anything lace, crystals, vintage, butterfly & dragonflys, all animals, trees, ocean and collage work, beading.

Comment: Hi Linda, I love the ATC!! Thanks also for the tissue paper. How do you get the fine white layers off the back? I have never worker with tissue paper, or heard any directions for using it. Response: Thanks for the rating. To get the tissue off the back, just roll it a bit with your fingers and when an end comes loose pull it off. Usually there's two pieces. Good luck. :) :)

Comment: Thanks Linda- The snowman is really fun. We've had alot of snow in Chicago the last couple weeks. I've been off work from Christmas to New Years and we've plowed the driveway 5 times! Comment: Hello Linda, Thank you for the lovely Snowman Skinny you designed and created for me. I first of all really love the colors you used on the skinny. I liked the use of snowflake corners with glitter accents and the use of a mother and child snowladies(men). I am looking forward to adding this piece to my ever-growing and ever-changing Skinny collection. I , like you, love ATCs, but have found Skinnies to be great fun--a little more space to work. I also like the beautiful little flowers you sent, the extra blanks etc. I would love to know where you get the littel paper flowers, they are so delicate and I'd love to get some for my creations.
