Inspired by nature, I love to make art and write. I keep a journal and enjoy exchanging snail mail. I also like to cook and bake.

I have 2 really sweet cats: Sushi and Moonie.

I enjoy reading and listening to fiction. Recently, I’ve gotten into cozy mysteries but I’m a lifelong fan of fantasy and sci-fi. I love illustrations, including those found in children’s books and graphic novels. And, I love a good cookbook! I also like to watch animated shows and films. My favorite TV show is The Great British Baking Show.

I like to go hiking and look for wildflowers and mushrooms. I love to be near water— the beach, rivers and springs are all amazing! It feels very free and magical to be in nature. Animal encounters are a favorite, too!

I love to garden. I find a lot of joy in growing organic produce and flowers. I’ve also had a dye garden in the past, if was so magical to see what colors could be coaxed out of the nature!
