Vodnik

Vodnik is a water spirit in slavic folklore. I love swimming and being in water, that's why I identify with it.

My name is Franek. I am 23 years old. I live in central Poland in Zgierz. I have many interests.

I love astrophysics and physics generally, geology (especially stones and minerals, I collect them), photography (I photograph everything!), dolls (Byul, other Pullip family dolls and Tangkou), cartoon and anime (love the style of anime and manga), sci-fi movies and books, Petz games (I am creating additions to them), XVIII century/rococco style, nature and walks in forest, documenting my life and crafting.

I like to have Pen Pals.

English isn't my first language but I am trying to write in it.

I love 70s rock, proto metal, heavy metal.

I like Judas Priest, Nazareth, Black Sabbath, Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, Cirith Ungol, Iron Maiden, Sudden Death, Pentagram, Spooky Tooth, Frijid Pink, Ufo, Captain Beyond, Rush, Gun, Status Quo and many many others, but Judas Priest is like my one ultimate favourite band.

I collect cassette tapes and listen to them, so if you have some old rock/metal tapes we can swap.

I also listen to traditional Chinese music, I am interested in Chinese culture and this music just appeal to me very much. I love the sounds of guqin and guzheng.

My favourite movie is TRON.

If you have ANYTHING related to this movie, we can swap. I like both 1982 Tron and Tron:Legacy. This is my favourite fictional world and when I say I like it, I like it extremely. I like figures from Tron and I've even sewn my Byul and Tangkou dolls Tron costumes.

I also like old Doctor Who, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia.

My favourite are Oh My Goddess and Sailor Moon.

I also like Ghost in the Shell, Dirty Pair, Locke Superman, Triton of the Sea.

I like retro aesthetics more than modern!

But from modern I love Shirokuma Cafe,

I love electricity pylons! If you have photos with pylons on them, I would love them!

I generally like industrial landscapes, concrete buildings, chimneys and rust too.

Dolls are one of my favourite hobbies. There is online community of doll collectors sharing what they did and I love the creativity. I like to sew things for dolls or not only sew, for example make boots from modeling clay etc. If you have similiar interests we can swap doll items. Or postcards with dolls.

I've been dressing up as vodnik for several times, to express myself in this alter-ego.
