Hello! My name's Olga, I live in St.Petersburg, a big city on the Baltics.

I'm a happy wife and a mom of two charming girls of 16 and 6. I'm a working mom: I work as an associate professor at the Higher School of Media and Printing Arts. Besides I'm a CEO of a charity organization aimed to avoid social orphanhood. This work means much for me. I'm Christian and belong to the Lutheran Church.

My first and foremost occupation in this life is being a mom. And I have so many different interests for sharing with my girls!!

I'm a collector by my nature. I collect many things: children's books and paper dolls and bookmarks, postcards, and other paper ephemera.

I also have a nice but not so big collection of paper creche or Nativity manger. Last Christmas I arranged a small exhibition of my creche collection in our parish.

I adore illustrated children's books and alwals buy and read much to my younger girl.

All of us enjoy puzzles - a new hobby, we've got recently.

I like to spend my time amigurumi crocheting, knitting, travelling and reading, of course. It's a pleasure to read an interesting book with a mug of tea or coffee... and a bar of chocolate always makes these minutes even more sweet!

We love nature and animals and keep a cat and a dog at home. All were rescued.They are absolutely adorable - we love them very-very much!

Our summer time we spend at my mom's garden. What a pleasure to see plants and flowers growing and blossoming! We alway collect the most common for each season plants for our herbarium. It would be great if you could send just a grass blade or tree leaf from your land in your envelope.

I love Miazaki Hayao cartoons, and I'm sharing this love with my daughters :)

I seldom watch TV but prefer to get news from Internet sites.

I'm absolutely sure reading is the best occupation and relaxation. I've got plenty of favourite books and authors, but the most favourite authors are: Kurt Vonnegut, Umberto Eco, John Fowles. Some modern authors are also quite amusing.
