Hi swappers, I just wanted to explain my 1 star ratings. I was a member of swap-bot from 2009-2014. In 2014 I lost access to my account and wasn't able to get back in. Unfortunately, this resulted in some 1 star ratings as I missed swaps that I was already signed up for. I recently got my account access back (July 2024!!!) and I would love to get back into swapping.

About Me

My name is Sam (she/her). I'm in my mid-30's and live with my partner and our dog. I have been crafting ever since I can remember. My grandmother taught me how to crochet when I was a little girl, and I've been doing it ever since. I also enjoy paper crafts, such as collages and ATCs.

I appreciate recycled art/crafts. I love the bizarre and strange ideas that come from other people's minds! I love all art that is original and is made from your hands. Art is a powerful thing and I love being part of a community that supports creation :)

A little bit about me: My favorite colors are earth tones. My birth stone is amethyst. I love birds, plants, nature, dogs. I'm a morning person who is often up before the sunrise. I like to spend my free time playing video games, crafting, hiking, and just hanging out with my family. I grew up on a beach, but I believe I belong in the mountains. The forest feels like home.
