When I am not worn out from chasing after my 2 adorable kids, or busy working part time as a geologist, I like to read, knit, sew, grow veges to feed us, bake delicious treats and appreciate all the small things that are so often overlooked in everyday life.

I live in a little town called Coolgardie - it's in Western Australia, about 550km from Perth. Coolgardie is a pretty quiet place with not too many people. I love it because it is quiet, people are friendly, it only takes me 5 minutes to take the kids to school and get to work and I have the bush right outside my front door
