UPDATE: My sweet Leo crossed the Rainbow Bridge one week ago (9/5/24). We are heartbroken. Poor little Belle keeps looking for her brother. She has become quite clingy to me. We will eventually get another kitty for her to play with.
I am retired from the medical field, married with 2 children, and 3 step-children. all grown. No grandchildren, only grandkids with tails! We have 2 cats, Leo (age 18) and Belle (age 7).
I like to swim and do Tai Chi. I also like to do crosswords puzzles and other word puzzles. I also play Animal Crossing New Horizons.
My husband and I like to travel. I love any body of water, and he likes architecture. Now that I am retired we do day trips within an hour or two from home.
I am also the "taxi driver" for my mother, who can no longer drive, taking her to doctor appointments and shopping.
UPDATE 1/2023: I am learning how to play Mahjong, playing at two separate senior centers near me. I am enjoying it, but I'm not very good at it. Hopefully I can improve with time.
