I'm a Court Reporter, living in Detroit, Michigan. I live in an old English Tudor home with a lot of dogs and cats. After a brief hiatus, I have a renewed interest in Postcrossing and am loving the exchanges. My daughter (MsMarvel), also a deltiologist, thought I might enjoy Swap-Bot, so I'm giving it a try!

I'm an Aquarian and am interested in the world of ideas. I like to go to new places, even if it's someplace local, for a new perspective. I like hiking through the woods, being in nature, being quiet, but I also like to be in the city, attend street fairs, look at art, go to thrift shops to find something cool and unexpected.
