I am a Southern girl, having lived in Louisiana all my life. I've been married for 28 years to my best friend. We are proud parents of a 24 year old daughter, a 21 year old son, and a 3 year old Boston terrier. I am a Christian. :)

I was a stay at home mom till about 10 years ago and since then have worked as a special education teacher's assistant. I love my job, especially when I'm off during the summer!

I love paper of any kind. I scrapbooked for years, then started making cards. Most of them are of the paper and rubber stamp kind, but am getting into designing digital ones as well. My latest FAVORITE craft is making and collecting ATCs. I love these little works of art. I sew a little now and then, mostly purses or window treatments. I enjoy repurposing items, especially vintage ones. I love shopping at flea markets and garage sales, searching for "treasures" to do something crafty with.

I enjoy listening to contempory Christian music and country music.

• My favorite colors are pink and purple. I don't think there is any color that I dislike though.
