I'm a stay at home mom to a 6yo boy and 4.5yo girl. Despite my best efforts to diversify their interests, my boy is all about trucks and my girl only wants dolls. Oh well, as long as they both love to read I guess.

I find peace in nature. I love to go on nature walks and forest bathe. I can stare into a koi pond for hours and it's a dream of mine to create a koi pond oasis in my backyard. I took my husband on an Amazon Jungle river cruise for our honeymoon and it was the trip of a lifetime!

I am utterly fascinated by platypuses and I think this has become a personality trait of mine lol.

Mostly nature documentaries. I watch Wild Congo on repeat. One Strange Rock absolutely blows my mind. Life on Our Planet brings me a strange comfort that life will always find a way.

Lord of the Rings is my go to comfort movie.

I have been loving rewatching the original Pokémon series with my son.

Favorite Christmas movie: El Camino Christmas (it's tragic really, you probably shouldn't watch it). Love Hard is a close second that you should definitely watch.
