I am a Mum to two boys under 6 and currently live in Scotland, UK. We have previously lived in various parts of England and also Sydney Australia.

I enjoy crafting whenever I have a spare moment.

I don't have one particular favourite colour - I like rainbow coloured things.

I like bright colours better than pastels. I'm not a big fan of old fashioned or reproduction prints, I'm more a modern prints and particularly a solid colours kind of fabric lover!

Lots of people think I'm strange in that I don't drink tea or coffee. I am a pretty fussy eater and don't like anything containing nuts.I do have a sweet tooth though and am a big cake and chocolate fan! I like baking, even though my cakes don't have a good record of rising!

Sewing - I like making bags, clothes for my children, toys and gifts.

Quilting - I am participating in several BOM and QALs. I'm am learning techniques for making miniature quilts.

Crochet - I like making crochet toys for my children and nieces/nephews. I have made lots of hats in the past for baby charities.

Cross Stitch - I don't do as much of this as I used to, but have made cards and pictures in the past.

Drawing - I am no artist, but like doodling and experimenting with zentagles.

Harry Potter, Murder mysteries, Agatha Christie

I like TV crime dramas and mysteries, particularly Poirot and Midsomer Murders.

I like comedy programmes like QI, Mock The Week and Have I Got News For You.

I like quiz shows like Pointless.

I also enjoy sci fi like X-Files and Star Trek.

With two children I also watch a lot of kids TV, mainly CBeebies, with current favourites being Twirlywoos and Thomas the Tank Engine!
