When I was a little girl, I wanted to be an artist/poet/naturalist all rolled up into one. As an adult, after going to college and working various office jobs during the day and theatre at night, I came to the realization that I hadn't really changed at all. I still wanted to be an artist/poet/naturalist. So now, finally I am pursuing my dream and hope that someday, my avocation can somehow become my vocation.

Currently reading the Dresdan Files. Have a love for fantasy, but can still get into the Janet Evanovich books for their humor.

I am totally a Musical Theatre Geek. Popular music is limited to the Golden Oldies, like the Mamas and the Papas, Beatles, The Doors, etc. Latin Music and Big Band Jazz make my toes tap, though I don't know much about it.

Favorite movies of all time: The Commitments, Cosi, the Mad Max Trilogy

The Amazing Race, Farscape, Stargate, So You Think You Can Dance, NCIS, Bones

I'm a dabbler so I like to try many things; right now it's papercrafts, art journaling, book making, collage, watercolors, printing. I like to try to work with recycled materials if possible. That not to say that in a few months I'll be into something totally different.
