New to ATC but have been dabbling in various mediums for a while. Work full time, ART is a gift from my soul to my heart. Looking forward, a little nervously, to sharing with others and enjoying their inspiration. I love bright colors, unusual patterns, anything southwestern, Mexican especially OLG related, shrines, tin art and of course Frida!! Guess you could say I am inspired by native peoples art. Red is my favorite color right now along with yellow, blue and..well you know, the rainbow!! My decor is SW with lots of bright mexican inspired colors. Love feathers and nests, watch birds and love nature.

I enjoy all types of music except heavy metal. Depends on what I am doing I guess, love disco to clean, country to cry or laugh, beautiful flutes to lift me up. John Denver is my all time favorite, his music always lifts me u and inspires me.

I have fun crafting of all types, guess that is my ADD portal! Paper, altered books,scrapbooking, beading, clay, just learning resin and playing with making molds, and saw dotee dolls for the first time so I HAVE to make one. Enjoy finding ways to recycle materials, like crochet from plastic bags and gum wrapper folding from magazine covers. So many ideas to play with..work does get in the way :).

Not a big TV person but I watch Bones, CSI, Criminal Minds and Survivor on DVR. Skip the commercials!

Really enjoying the blogs and photos folks post on line. A must on my to do list for sure! Let the dust bunnies roll!

I collect crosses, old rosaries, prayer beads, and Catholic Prayer cards,( like the ones from a funeral). If you have some to swap just send me a message and I'll see if I have anything you want in return.
