Hello! My name is Erica, I'm 29 and I live in the Hudson Valley with my lovely boyfriend and chubby black cat. I make postage stamp jewelry and I'm brand new to swap-bot.

Favorite Music

I listen to everything. When I'm not buried beneath postage stamps, I work at a 150 year old vaudeville theater turned concert venue.

The last 10 bands that played on shuffle were: Murder by Death, Kaleo, Billie Holiday, The Lone Bellow, Ben Howard, Hozier, Alabama Shakes, Jolie Holland, Andrew Bird and Modest Mouse.

Favorite Crafts

I also enjoy painting and drawing and am slowly getting up the nerve to start learning calligraphy.

I gravitate towards odd things... anything ouija boards tarot cards circuses burlesque vaudeville fortune tellers carnivals coney island freak shows side shows halloween weird nj and the roaring 20s

My favorite american iconic image is Asbury Park's Tilly.

Stamps

My favorite stamps are usually from Czechoslovakia, Japan and France. I'm usually drawn to nostalgic American images, strong female figures, beautiful florals, architectural details, and all things curious and whimsical when thumbing through stamps.
