Due to a recent hospitalization I am late on sending items out. I was released this past Friday (June 29) and am doing about 80% better. I plan to spending today and tomorrow getting things out to everyone that is due their items this week. Thank you to those of you who have been understanding and I hope to continue on in this great community here on line!

My name is Christy I am 40 years young. I am an avid crafter. I am a Certified Scrapbook Instructor for Michael's as well as an Instructor for a local arts center teaching all types of paper crafts.

I currently am in a relationship that I hope will turn to something more soon; Eric and I have been together for over 2 yrs now. I have 2 kiddos - Kevin who just turned 20 this past January and is attending University of Cincinnati. Kristin who also just had a birthday in January and turned 18 and in July this year she will be attending the Cincinnati Art Institute.

I love the classics, The Wizard of Oz is my #1 movie! I love The Sound of Music and Mary Poppins...

I also love love love The Breakfast Club, I can just about say all the lines with this movie as well as the ones listed above, no wonder no one likes to watch these with me, hehehe.

I love dramas, comedies, sci-fi, and those really ultra cheesy B movies that you can just sit and laugh at the whole time!

I honestly love so many genres of music that it's hard to just pick one favorite.

I have been to a lot of concerts ranging from Michael Jackson, Metallica, Kenny G, Nickelback, and so many more. My favorite female artist is Alanis Morissette I have seen her 3 times in concert!!!

Pink is #1 favorite love purple as well

I am starting to like orange a wee bit more as I craft

The classics; you know the ones you just HAVE to read (and no I am not referring to having to read for school or sometime, just the great ones that are timeless)

Genre's that I like are:

Paper Crafting of any type

ATC books

Any book on Doodling and Zentangle

Painting Books on how to do that

Any type of beginners books on learning to sew with a machine

Just about any crafting book other than knitting and things like that because I haven't a clue how to do those things

Other Genre's: Faith based books from authors like Joyce Meyers, Max Lucado (sp), Beth Moore...or anything like that

Current best sellers and "HOT" books that everyone is reading I would love to have...not because I want to be a copy cat, but just because that means they are good and I would love to read them as well, lol

Books about real and past and current events

Book types I would RATHER NOT RECEIVE are romance novels horror mystery books sci-fi book (although I LOVE LOVE LOVE sci-fi movies, just not the books) nothing on the occult please or anything disturbing
