About Me

I have just joined. I am an artist, writer and teacher. I’ve been part of a postcard swap for a while. I’d like to share bookmarks, craft paper, stickers, books and other things. I’m nearing retirement and love meeting people from all over.

Favorite Books

I like the classics and also moving modern memoirs. Some of my favorites:

CLASSICS: David Copperfield;Count of Monte Cristo, Jane Eyre; Wuthering Heights; Grapes of Wrath

MEMOIR: Year of Magical Thinking, anything by Sedaris; Heavy; Liar's Club; Lit.

Favorite Crafts

I love watercolors. I also paint rocks with acrylic, find old lawn ornaments and revamp them, paint wooden chairs or ornaments.

I used to be a quilter, and I have a special place in my heart for fabric and my rotary cutter.
