Hi there, I'm not sure if it is customary to also let the host know if you will be sending late or not. For the swaps I host, I always check on everyone to make sure they are following through. But, it would probably be a good idea to also let the host know if you will be sending late. Just in case there is a problem later with a rating. Thanks!
