About Me

I am from a small town but love cities! Married and have a teenage step-son and 2 cats. Not really sure what to say about myself! I am trying to get back into art after not doing much for about 10yrs. I have a degree in Interior Design but work in the dental field now. I love to make things. I cross-stitch, sew, bead, am trying painting again.

Favorite Music

Can't pick a fav, I like all kinds from new age, electronic, dance music, some country, 80's music ROCKS! George Strait, Rod Stewart would be at the top of my list! Contemporary violin

Favorite Books

Again, I like so many different types. Favorites that I have read lately would be: The Mitford series Eat, Pray, Love A Year in Provence This Present Darkness The Night Circus

Favorite Crafts

Cross-stitch, beading, quilting, painting, pastels, up cycled clothes

Random Likes and Dislikes

I love paper, fabric and books. Pretty much like any colors. Major dislikes would be monkeys! Cartoon ones are fine but not real ones. Don't really care for scented candles, potpourri's, soaps, lotions, etc. due to allergies. No sports themed stuff please! Skulls, dragons, pixies, gnomes, animals.
