I am a (newly) single mom of a 5.5 year old boy. I am an avid knitter and reader (on my kindle). I've recently started a new job that I absolutly love. I've also move across the river to a new town to start my life over fresh. I am living on my own for the first time in my life and am really enjoying it and excited about it. I have also started dating some...A fellow knitter posted about this site and I'm excited to see more about it. I would love to travel someday. I enjoy seeing beautiful and artistic photography. I try to see the art in anything and find a way to keep it displayed, whether it's a collage or just framing something and putting it up. I love to receive mail that is not a bill and have always been excited about learning things about other areas of the country and world. As a kid I also loved to read and encourage my son to read for enjoyment as well. I enjoy reading all types of books, books in a series, light mysteries, romance and comedies. I've had pen pals over the years and (with the help of facebook) have been able to keep in touch with them. I'm an open book and will answer any question that anyone might have.
