I love to read, antique, quilt, scrapbook and learn about new things. I love to swap and meet new people. Life is all about change and learning to cope with it as it happens will help you through life. I believe in Murphy's Law, the Domino Effect, Payback's a Bitch, and Karma. I also believe that Pay It Forward and the Golden Rule go a long way to keep the former from happening to begin with. I am an optimist and extremely positive minded and usually a really upbeat person so anything goes within reason. I love to cook and have written a couple of cookbooks for family reunions that I'm working on getting published. I love candles and try to always have one burning in the evening for ambiance.

I'm a pretty easy listener. I love rock-n-roll, country, jazz and easy listening. I am not into rap or hip-hop. One of my favorites is Louis Armstrong's My One and Only Love.

I'm a work-a-holic that doesn't take a ton of "free" reading time. So, when I do read I want a good mystery love story for the romantic in me. I like almost always knowing that there will be a happy ending.

I'm all over the board here. I love a good love story here too, but I also love comedies, classics, action adventure and sci-fi. Some of my favorites are, Working Girl, Terminator (all of them), Indiana Jones (all of them), Dirty Dancing, While You Were Sleeping, Miss Congeniality, Men In Black, CasaBlanca, An Affair to Remember, Pretty Woman, Miracle on 34th Street, It's A Wonderful Life

CSI Las Vegas and New York, but not Miami. NCIS, Men in Trees, Desperate Housewives, ER, Criminal Minds, Crossing Jordan, Las Vegas, Bones, Ghost Whisperer, Law and Order SVU... I guess I just like getting lost in someone else's life for a while... makes my life seem less hectic

Quilting and Scrap booking are probably my 2 most favorite crafts. I've never been able to walk past a great looking fat quarter without having to buy it. My fabric stash is vast. See my blog and Flickr photos for everything else.

Purple and blues are my most favorite colors. I also like most greens and reds. I am NOT a PINK fan - at least not by itself.

Candy: Milk Chocolate, truffles, red vines but not twizzlers, good-n-plenty, reeses PB cups but not pieces.

Spices and scents: Cinnamon, pumpkin pie, apple, vanilla, peppermint

Floral scents: NO Gardenia, Eucalyptus or grandma's toilet water, but DO LOVE light lavender

Hey everyone, I'm on vacation (2500 miles from home) for the Thanksgiving holiday and will catch up with all the ratings when I get back! I rated all that had arrived before I left, but I know there are some wonderful surprises waiting for me to return!
