Are you sure you want to signup for Used Stamp Chain Card Round 56?

Yes, sign me up! or No, I changed my mind.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Please DO NOT join this swap if your postal service has any restrictions or suspensions on where they are sending. This is an INTERNATIONAL swap, so you could be sending anywhere and Swap-Bot DOES NOT allow partners to be changed once they have been automatically assigned by the website. It is impossible for swap coordinators to keep up with the status of every countries postal service so do not know what is happening everywhere. I don't want swap participants to miss out on receiving their swaps. Thank you for your assistance.

THIS IS ROUND #55

This is a twist on the usual postage stamp chain card. Instead of using new stamps and sending the postcard naked, you put used stamps on send in an envelope, until the writing side of the postcard is full. Once it's full, you send the postcard naked and stamped back to its owner. Stamps used should be off paper, but if they don't like coming off paper (USA forever stamps I'm looking at you...lol) then cut the paper off as close to the stamp as you can without damaging the stamp.

SEE THE SWAP PHOTO TO SEE AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT A COMPLETED CARD LOOKS LIKE :)

Starting a new card:

1: Pick a postcard. Use one that's not too big, as it needs to fit in an envelope.

2: Write your address on the address part of the postcard. This is how the postcard will be returned to you once it is full of stamps. Also write your username somewhere on the card and the round the card was started in.

3: Put 2 used stamps from your country on the message side of the card. I recommend using a glue stick to stick the stamps on.

4: Put the postcard in an envelope, and send it on to your partner. Don't forget to include your username and the swap name on the envelope or a note inside the envelope.

Passing on a card you received in a previous round:

1: Put 2 used stamps from your country on the message side of the card. I recommend using a glue stick to stick the stamps on. Do not write your username on the card as this takes up too much space. Do not put any stamps or write on the picture side of the postcard.

2: Put the postcard in an envelope, and send it on to your partner. Don't forget to include your username and the swap name on the envelope or a note inside the envelope.

Check to make sure you are not sending your partners card back to them as part of the current round. If this is the case, make a new card and save the other card for the next round.

If you have received a card that is full once you have put your stamps on, attach correct postage and send it on to its owner. Then if you don't have a card to send on to have stamps attached, start a new one :)

There will be a new round posted every month or so, once you receive a card from a previous round, sign up for the next round.

You can send up to three cards per round. If you have too many cards that are not full yet, or you are no longer going to participate, please contact me so I can put the extra cards back into rotation.

DO NOT add a new card if you are sending a card that is already in rotation. Only send a new card if you do not have a card to send on in this round.

If you'd like to, join the Used Stamp Chain Card group. I will post updates and send group messages out via there :)

I will angel this swap if required. Just message me if you have needed to rate your partner a 1.

Any questions, just ask! Thanks for your interest in these swaps :)
