You can choose a "general" card or make ones for holidays. That card is mailed to the charity, and they pass it on to children who are in the hospital.

There are some guidelines, like no personal info or religious references (so they can be distributed to anyone.)

You can make them for any holiday listed! They will save the card for that holiday's distribution window.
