Whew! kind of expensive...15 stamps plus cost of PCs....

29 cent postage for postcards x15 is $4.35. Plenty of swaps call for shipping small packages overseas, which cost a lot more to ship than that. I don't see why you would complain when sending a postcard within your own country is the cheapest possible mail you can send! I guess 15 partners is a lot if you're going to go buy them all, but some people already have lots of postcards.
