Charmed!

ohhhhhhh I LOVE CHARM SWAPS!!!!! if we do this once we have to "add" to the bracelet regularly, promise :) This is on my watchlist but I'm putting this out there now...

Do not send me a bracelet, make me any extra charm or two. I bought these bracelets a few years back, had to order them and instead of them being packaged 1 per bag it was 6 and I ordered 10...company said keep them!!! I did a ton of charm swaps on another board, sent them as hostess gifts and still have enough!!!

@flowerchild .. I think if the person you receive as a partner is ok with just making you charms, that's fine, but I know I personally want to make an entire bracelate. If the person you have as a partner sends an entire bracelate (which is what the swap calls for), please don't be upset! I hope you'll still join in!

We would need to have our partner's wrist measurment, right? I've never made one before so not sure I will join until I read up on some tutorials. This sounds like such a neat project!

OK me, I ain't a tiny dainty thing :) 7 1/2 inches works best for me!! But since it's only me and Angela...come on addicts, trust me charms are like inchies and ATC's once you start you can't stop!!!! Oh and another question, is there a minimum/maximum size on the charms???

OMG you are right!! Making these is so fun and addictive!!! I love having the bits and pieces spread out all around me and trying out different combos of trinkets, weeee!

There is no minimum or maximum size for the charms... just have fun with it!

My wrist is 18 inches! LOL ;-) ... You have convinced me to join, I'm in. Now where do we get the bracelets from?

Now we need a earring charm swap. Belly button piercing charm swap. Nose piercing charm swap. I draw the line at nipples.

I hope its ok that I dont have the Tim Holtz trinket pins but regular safety pins? I have TH products to use as charms.

@Moosecastle .. that's totally fine! It clarifies in the description that you only have to use two TH products... it doesn't matter what they are! :-)

@iGirlZoe .. are you saying you want a charm necklace? LOL.

@crescendo .. I was originally planning on using my own wrist size as a rough measurement, but it would probably be a good idea to ask your partner for their exact measurement! Or, if the people joining just want to post their wrist measurements here...

Actually I was realizing if we use a link chain big enough to use a lobster clasp then the recipient can just hook the clasp into the appropriate link to fit their particular wrist. Unless we are supposed to use a fancy clasp of some kind, but I thought I could hang a charm at the end of the chain and then when the clasp hooks in that extra chain part will dangle like another charm. If that makes any sense.

My actual wrist is 6.5", so 7" bracelet should work for me.

I would like 7" too please. :-)

As agreed with @crescendo I am sending her charmed swap a little late as she has kindly sent me some jewellery findings in our other swap which is on it's way. :-)
