I'm feeling sorry for some of the Newbies who have tried to join some of my other swaps and I've had to ban, after all we were all new once. So for this swap all newbies are allowed and oldies with ratings 4.5 and above.For Newbies however, you must have a fully filled out profile. It's international and simple just send your partner $5 of Christmas chocolates or candies. No flakers please as I will not angel the swap.
