For this swap you send 1 penpal letter each to 2 partners, it doesnt have to be 2 sheets, it is 1 page min, You do not have to send in a kawaii letter BUT you CANNOT have plain paper or plain envelopes! They have to have some kind of pattern! Some kind of cute design! You can choose kawaii! It can be anything! Just make sure it's not plain! Min rating of 4.8, newbies allowed with well filled out profiles! Which means more than just a paragraph!!! I reserve the right to ban.
