Description:

I LOVE handmade Christmas Ornaments and have been swapping them for years in my own group on another swapping site. If you notice any mistakes or have any suggestions feel free to PM me. I'm hoping to do this swap each month.

You will be making 1 handmade Christmas ornament and sending to 1 partner. The ornaments must be homemade and able to hang on your Christmas tree. They can be made from any type of craft medium that you choose. Crocheted, knitted, cross stitch, plastic canvas, recycled, beaded, woodcraft, painted, clay...are some ideas. DO NOT send any that are perishable or edible. (We don’t want to encourage rodents or unwanted guests.)

I do not want to have to angel this swap so I am setting the rating at 4.9 and higher. No unexplained 1’s or 3’s in the last 6 months and I will be checking everyone’s profiles. You MUST have a completely filled out profile and have at least 5 mailed out swaps AND have swapped within the last 2 months. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me.

Package your ornaments so that they make it in one piece to your partner. Nothing is sadder than a broken ornie ;0)

PLEASE NOTE - I have put February 1 as the last day to sign up. I will be checking profiles before assigning partners so it may take me a day or so to do this.

EDIT: Once partners are assigned PLEASE check and make sure your ornament is alright to send to that country. For USA swappers check out : http://www.usps.com/mailpro/2008/janfeb/page2.htm

PLEASE NOTEI'm sorry for being late assigning partners. I live in MI, USA and was affected by the blizzard that rolled across much of the US. We were without internet for a couple days and our 1 year old grandson was stranded with us. I am also extending the send date to make up for this.

Since this is international, people need to be aware that there are restrictions on what can be sent to Australia. I believe wood, seeds, and some other natural products are a no-no.

Thanks TC I added an edit to the swap.

Will partners be assigned soon?

I was without internet access for a couple of days due to the blizzard. I am playing catch-up and will get partners assigned ASAP.
