I was looking at my Dotee collection and saw that I have several "yearly" Fairy Dotees... 2009,2010 ... so why not do one for 2011. Lets mak her as cute as she can be with the standard Dotee rules.. Hanger tail and 3.5 to 4" long... but lets make her a fairy and she must have the year 2011 on her somewhere. Newbies welcome with completed profiles no 1's in the past 6 months.
