What if you're bisexual? Can you join? I understand if it's lesbians only, but I thought I'd ask.

This is for lesbians only. There's so many groups and swaps that are for others, so I want to limit it to only lesbians. I'm thinking of making another swap later that are more 'open'.

As for what kind of letter this is, I call it a basic 'intro' letter. Just tell your partner a little about you - basics like name, age, work, interests, family status (partner, kids, etc.) and anything else you might want to share. You should read your partner's profile as well so maybe it'll give you some clues as to some topics you can discuss as well if you want.

I think I am gonna drop. I like the idea but I dont fully identify as lesbian myself. I will join the more open ones when they happen

It's interesting how most other swaps can be so 'unopen' (state map postcard instead of just postcards, souvenir magnet instead of just souvenirs, HQ fb's instead of just fb's), but there's criticism for one that's just for lesbians. Wish people could be just as understanding for all swaps.
