How much do we spend or how many of our partner's favorite thing (quantity) should we send?

@ILoveMail . it depends on you... if you choose to send a postcard, maybe you can send more than one, but if you choose an expensive things ,buy just one, i can't put a budget because the things can be very different!

However the swap said that you have to send ONE things, to add extras is just your own choise :)

~Stick Pins / Hat Pins (there are different names for these, as long as it is straight, long, and one end has a pretty something and the other end has a cap..I'll love it)

~6 ring binders (approximately 7 in x 5 in & I would love to have one decorated by you)

~Butterfly anything (no brown butterflies though, either handmade or store bought is perfect)

I collect coffee, tea and anything with video games. Handmade totally fine. When it comes to coffee and tea, just make sure they're sealed and all that stuff so the costums take it or I end up with coffee/tea all over in the envie. :-P

Oh I will so love this. I've just joined swapbot but have been swapping for years, so if you need references I'll be glad to provide them. As for collections, I only collect lettersets, but if my partner has trouble finding them I can also take letterpads/memos, stickers, or magnets. :)

oh, how FUN! I collect: gargoyles (or dragons, if that's easier. I know gargoyles aren't the easiest things to find.) celtic knots tiny interesting or shiny things that will fit in my printer's tray (a Hershey's kiss is a good size reference for that)

i love the idea of this swap but there are some really hard things to find that people are listing! I would love to commit but I don't know if I have time to find some of these items!

I collect cat stuff, especially vintage postcard images or dolls, victorian valentines with roses (even reproduction is fine), foreign money (non us and canada) paper and coins, foreign stamps, squished pennies. Anything animals, map postcards, especially non us ones.

• Vintage illustrations (in particular, vintage children's illustrations and vintage colour bookplates or illustrations related to my fave themes and animals - e.g. fairytales/castles/deer etc!)
• Cute deer/fawn ornaments & figurines (especially vintage!)

For us guys who are not crafty this swap is a no go. I see way too many things that I could not possibly find. Interesting idea though.

i think that if you really can't find anything from your partner list, you can accord with her for another item! we have so many things we collect i think!

I collect cupcake stuff, ephemera for making ATCs (I especially like what most people consider to be 'junk'. LOL), and vintage photos (any size, but I really like ones that are of a frameable size.)

eek..I'm gonna have to sit this one out I'm afraid, but have fun everyone..and hopefully I'll be 'in' for #2! :-D
