Seasonal De-Stash

Do you occasionally organize you stash -- or try to? I do somewhat seasonally and I always find fabric I once liked and no longer do, or fabric that I bought too much of for a project and won't use up. If you've got a lot of extra in your stash, join the swap!

We'll swap a minimum of three [3] yards of quilting fabric. It can be all one piece, or it can be any combination from eighths to yards but it needs to add up to at least three yards total. Please don't include pieces smaller than eighths unless you feel like throwing in some 5" squares that you do not count toward the three yards.

This is sender's choice so you don't know what you'll get. But you can make notes in the comments saying something like you never use Christmas fabrics or you're short on greens just now, and if your partner can send what you need, that's great -- but don't rate lower if you don't get it.

Since this is a group swap, it is international. I expect you all have good ratings but I will look over them before partners are assigned.

Because it's the end of summer, I will make the end of the sign up period after kids are back in school and you'll have two weeks to get your fabric together to send. [Could be the nudge you need to do some stash neatening -- I always find forgotten fabrics, maybe you will too].
