Most of us here on swap-bot love the thrill of finding mail in our boxes, and especially finding several items! For this swap, you will brighten your 1 partner's mailbox by sending them 3 separate pieces of mail as follows:
~1 postcard stamped and written on (postage should be 28 cents unles you use an oversized pc) write any little thing to brighten their day. Postcards are senders choice and may be handmade or storebought.
~1 random envie (postage should be 44 cents if you keep it to 1 oz or less). This could be a penpal letter or note with a tuck in such as a sheet of stickers, pretty papers, a bookmark, an atc, etc. Senders choice.
~1 small package (postage for packages begins at 1oz=$1.22, 2oz=$1.39, 3oz=$1.56, 4oz=$1.73, 5oz=$1.90, 6oz=$2.07, etc). Any surprise that would be a bit larger than flat mail size. This should be at least loosely profile related, meaning please check profiles and stay away from your partner's stated dislikes, and be thoughtful to send something you think they would enjoy (you wouldn't want to send tea bags to someone who says they don't drink it or knitting needles to someone who only does paper crafts).
Total postage for this swap should probably be between $2-$4, though there's no rule against going over should you want to send larger packages, but it isn't required and shouldn't be expected. I won't state a dollar amount for the items of the swap itself, as the point is not to be costly, but to see what we can come up with to fill our partner's mailbox with cheer:)
This is the first time I've ever tried this kind of swap, sending multiple pieces of mail to 1 partner, so I hope it goes well and everyone has fun with it.
It is sender's choice to send the 3 pieces of mail over a few days time so they trickle in, or all at the same time so they all arrive at once (in theory at least), but please make sure you send 3 different pieces of mail (no putting the envie and pc in with the package)!, make sure all 3 items have been mailed no later than the send deadline, and do not mark "sent" until all 3 pieces of mail have been sent.
If anyone should have any questions, feel free to pm me.
This is open to all U.S. swappers group members, though I reserve the right to ban should I feel there is just cause.
