VS- Glitter Challenge - ATC

During the months of August and September, I will be hosting a series of "challenge-based" and "technique-based" swaps.

For this swap, you will create 1 vintage-style ATC for 1 partner using glitter.

The challenge is to use glitter in a way you have not used it before. You must describe your technique to your partner. Sender's choice. Be creative and send something you would love to receive.
