This swap is for all you clever wordsmiths with short attention spans. For this swap you will write one ORIGINAL (that means your own words) short-short story which you will then mail to 2 partners. What is a short-short story? For our purposes, it is a story with a BEGINNING, MIDDLE and an END that is not longer than 60 words. That's right. Your story must be 60 words or fewer, plus a title. You can use the word-count on your word processor to make sure you don't go over 60 words. Some examples of short-short stories: http://books.guardian.co.uk/shortshortstories/0,,1178980,00.html http://www.indianchild.com/short_stories.htm http://www.shortshortshort.com/ But remember that our stories must be 60 words or fewer! Please remember to give your story a title, and please send your stories by snail-mail rather than electronically. This swap is international. If you write your story in a language other than English, please provide your partners with an English-language summary of your story. Newbies with filled-in profiles are welcome. Swappers with a rating of 4.0 and higher and no recent no-sends are welcome. If this does not describe you but you feel very strongly that you belong in this swap, please PM me first and we will work it out. I will be checking profiles and banning after the sign-up date has passed. This is my first time hosting and I will do my best to make this a good swap for everyone, so please be nice! |
