**MODIFIED:

07/09/10 - in order to maybe get more sign ups I have modified this swap a bit.**

I personally love to collect Pre-stamped Images so that I can alter them, ink them, and color them the way I like. I prefer a good quality of white cardstock paper, no thin printer paper stamped images, and a dark black ink. I have my images all separated in a folder by category, and when I’m looking to decorate a card I can go there and figure out a card around an image.

For my first swap here in this group I’d like to have a Stamped Image Swap. There is no set “theme” for this swap, it’s a stamper’s choice.

Rules:

  • Send 1 partner 25-30 stamped images.
  • Sender's choice of Stamped Images and black inks to use, but permanants are better they don't run when color markers are used for filling in (you may use your partner’s profile for ideas on the type of images they prefer, but this is not mandatory).
  • Keep to images please - no sentiments.
  • Images should be done on white grade cardstock - absolutely NO printer paper !
  • There should be at least 5 – 10 different stamped images to choose from, and at least 2 – 3 of each image.
  • Image sizes should vary ! Please do not use all TINY images. Include some large, small, and medium sizes to choose from.
  • Images should be stamped carefully, and clearly, no smudged images. Leaving atleast 1" around images.
  • Images may be mailed as an entire sheet of paper, or cut. If you cut the images please allow a decent amount of space around the images for punching them into shapes.
  • for Hearts: Include extra special stamped images, embossed images, and check out your partner(s) profile for ideas on the type of things they like to do. As always, Hearts are at the receiver’s discretion.

I want to keep this to swappers that DO NOT have any 1's. You must have a full completed profile to participate. I will BAN any others as I see needed - I read ALL profiles.

Any questions just ask and Happy Stamping !! RainyC

You said leave 1 inch around images stamped, then you said "if you cut the images please allow a decent amount of space around the images for punching them into shapes" Is that a 1 inch amount the stamped images too? I'd like to join if I find out exactly what you want.

Yes.. enough space around each image so that if we punch them out, there is punching space around the image... like the image above on the card.. it was punched out with a scallop punch. Thanks !! Rain

So it doesn't have to be a whole 1 inch space around the image, just enough room to use a scallop punch. Is that right?

Yep .. :)

My problems been the past that I get stamped images but the senders would butt them up right against each other and there was no space to punch them out, and sometimes had to cut around the shape of the object..
