I did this swap awhile back and it went over well so I am doing it again. I am hooked on scratch offs. For this swap, you will have three (3) partners. You will send each of your partners two(2) NEW UNSCRATCHED $1 Scratch off Lottery tickets. So in total you are sending $6 worth of Lottery Scratch Offs to your partners. Sorry but I am only making this USA partners ONLY. I will open this swap to newbies.

EXTRA For each 10th person that signs up, I will do a drawing and send some lucky person or persons $1 Lottery Tickets from here in PA. So the more people that join the more chances to get a free ticket from Me.

I thought if the ticket was a winner, you had to cash it in, in the state it was bought in? So if your a winner and say your partner got it in CA and you live in OH, you can cash a CA lottery ticket in, in OH?

You have to mail it in to that state and get a check in return.

Yeah you have to mail the winning ticket to the state where it came from and they send you a check.. I have done iit plently of times
