State Map PC Swap in envie-only 1 from each state

TabbyJay let me alter her swap idea for the US - State Map postcards. Many people collect state map postcards, so I thought this would be a way to pick up a few more.

You will send one state map postcard from your state to each of 5 partners. But only one person from each state can join - so once you sign up, you must also post a note below listing which state you are from. So before you sign up, read the notes below, if you see that someone else from your state has already joined, then you cannot join in this round. This way everyone will get a state map card from 5 different states.

For this swap, you must send them blank in an envelope. (I am also creating another swap for State Map postcards that you send naked/stamped/message written, so join for the type card you prefer.)
