Description:

Hello, i really enjoyed participating in the Magazine Scavenger Hunt hosted by fromthepines and thought i'd start another one myself. The rules of this swap will be mostly the same as the previous one.

So basically below is a list of things (22 in total) that you need to hunt for in all of those magazines you probably have lying around. You don't have to find all 22 items but please try and find at least 15 of them! So you will cut out as many of the items below that you can find, write a little bit about why you chose that cutting and then post it off to your swap partner!

Simple and fun! There is just one partner so you only have to find one of each item. Since magazine cuttings are quite light and small this is international! Newbies are welcome.

Please do not sign up to this swap if you do not intend to swap, nothing is worse than not receiving your side of a swap after you've put your faith into a person.

Happy swapping everyone and feel free to ask questions if you need to!

  1. A piece written by the editor (Doesn't have to be long, can just be an intro to the magazine)
  2. A picture of a house
  3. A mini movie poster (Just the movie poster that has been shrunk down to magazine size)
  4. An advertisement for an electrical product
  5. An ad for an event (Concert, festival, market etc.)
  6. A competition
  7. Results to a poll
  8. A puzzle (This can be a crossword, Sudoku or any other little puzzle that is printed in a magazine)
  9. A set of horoscopes
  10. An interesting quote
  11. A breakfast recipe
  12. A handy hint
  13. A “How to? article (It doesn’t matter what the how to is for, that’s up to you)
  14. A DVD review (Can be a movie, documentary, episodes of a show)
  15. A celebrity on the red carpet
  16. A front cover headline
  17. A dessert recipe
  18. Advertisement for a food product
  19. Somewhere you’d like to go on a holiday
  20. A short magazine interview (This can be with anybody. It’s up to you)
  21. A humorous clipping (I don’t mind what this is just as long as it inspires you to laugh)
  22. A dinner recipe

I have a question..it have to be in english?

If you don't have magazines in English then no, another language is fine. Just make sure you let whoever you send to what each cutting is for in English so that they can still enjoy the experience.

Ok, I'm trying to use both magazines, english and Italian :) I'm trying to use the italians ones for the pictures, like the house, advertisements and so on! So he/she will see the differences, but will understand the other articles in english
