Can I please ask what size the coin purse should be? I have my own perception of one, but this may vary from one country to another so a general measurement would be really helpful. Thanks, this sounds like a fun swap to me! :)

hi.. the coin purse can be small, but it needs to be large enough to fit things in it that aren't coins. (i don't know much about coin purses in other countries) I mean, you could fill it with stickers, make-up, all sorts of things.. but generally a coin purse is too small to fit stationary and things like that. but.. if you have one that is bigger, i'm sure your partner would love it too :) does this help?

I was just wondering about an approximate price range. The things I planned on putting in would cost at least $10, but I'm not sure what is intended here. I could fill it with small things like buttons, embellishments, beads, etc (which would be cheap), or I could buy new things like jewelry (more expensive!). A price range or some ideas if this has been done before would help me a lot! I want to send a nice package, but I don't want to spend a lot more money than I have to. thanks!

Filled coin purses has recently become my FAVORITE birthday present to the women in my life. It's a great way to give a gift card but still make the gift special with little trinkets. So I'm totally excited about this one.

(Incidently, when you're looking at sizes, here's what I think of here in the US: about an inch wider and slightly taller than a credit card but maybe 10 times as thick. Does that sound about right?)

I agree with (lia) for the size. I just bought the coin purse for my swap and it is pretty much the size she described. If it's any bigger it would be more like a cosmetic bag.

If you're sending to me things will be pretty low cost because I cannot wear most jewelry or use most make-up. Yay, allergies! I do think a price range would help me purchase items for my partner. Keep us posted :)
