Name Day Celebration

I just got today the idea that it would be really lovely to get another chance to celebrate besides the usual ones. So let's celebrate the Name Day of us together.

So for this swap you will have one partner and you will send her a card for celebrating the birthday and make also a small present. For the card please post in the comment section when your name day is. So that your partner can include it in the card! This could be a set of ATCs, some fabric items, journal, tea selection, matchbox, something crochet, accessories, etc. It doesn't need to be expensive!
